*Payment is due upon order is placed. No cancellations allowed.

*We plan our production ahead of time. Please allow 10 business days for any custom product and check the date on the seasonal products for availability.

*A rush fee of $20 is available for those last-minute orders.

*If the product we will be making for you requires artwork, please email to: 2bakersdesserts.com  in PDF or JPG format and allow at least 10 business days.

*Products requiring artwork will only be completed upon customer’s approval. Please note colors in sugar paper and edible ink is not exactly as they show in the computer screen or regular paper.

*If you are not sure we have what you need, please send us an email before placing an order. No refunds available. 

​

*Please be respectful of the pickup time. There is a 30 min grace period after agreed time. Order will be cancelled 30 min after agreed time.
